Rebuild for Nar Nar Goon CFA Fire Station

Daniel Andrews has lost control of population growth and failed to plan when it comes to community safety.

That’s why an elected Liberal Nationals Government will commit $3 million for a new Nar Nar Goon CFA Station.

A new Nar Nar Goon CFA Station will enable volunteers to work with modern facilities which will assist in improving fire services to the local community and surrounding areas.

Now more than ever we need to invest our local CFAs and give volunteers more control over the best options to protect their community.

This investment for CFA in the Narracan region will ease the local population squeeze and help give our local firefighters the best facilities possible.

Unlike Labor, the Liberal Nationals will always respect those who protect us and ensure they’re safe doing so.

Comments attributable to Shadow Minister for Emergency Services, Brad Battin:

“Daniel Andrews has lost control of population growth and failed to invest in community safety.

Only the Liberal Nationals will get back in control of community safety, respect our volunteers and invest in new stations, new trucks and protecting fire fighters across the state.

Member for Narracan, Gary Blackwood has campaigned on behalf of the local volunteers here at Nar Nar Goon CFA over many years and we are pleased to announce this funding.”

Comments attributable to Member for Narracan, Gary Blackwood:

“It is vital that the Nar Nar Goon community has the resources it needs to fight fires and protect our communities when we need help the most and this new facility will provide that.

These new facilities will improve the health, safety and responsiveness for all volunteers so they can continue to keep the Nar Nar Goon community safe.”
