Liberals to give Boronia West Primary some TLC
The Liberal Nationals are committed to investing in education facilities in our suburbs to ease the local population squeeze.
That’s why an elected Liberal Nationals Government will commit $300,000 to upgrade Boronia West Primary School’s classrooms, buildings and grounds to help bring it up to scratch.
Labor has been in government in Victoria for 15 of the last 19 years, and its long-term neglect has meant this school has not kept up with local population growth.
Boronia West Primary School continues to provide a first class education and care for local students, but it needs an upgrade so its students are not left behind.
Only a Liberal Nationals Government will give the students and teachers at Boronia West the facilities they need.
Comments attributable to Shadow Minister for Education, Tim Smith:
“Daniel Andrews’ treatment of Boronia West Primary shows his ‘education state’ slogan isn’t worth the number plates it’s printed on.
Only the Liberal Nationals will get back in control of population growth by investing in local schools.”
Comments attributable to Member for Bayswater, Heidi Victoria:
“Boronia West is a terrific and much loved local school. It deserves more attention than it has received from this Government.
These upgrades will make a big difference to the students, teachers and families at Boronia West.”
