Greens join Labor’s protection racket
The Greens have now joined Labor’s protection racket by voting against a motion to complete the Ombudsman’s investigation.
The Ombudsman’s investigation found that nine Labor MPs in the lower house rorted the taxpayer and these members will now avoid scrutiny because of their allies in the Greens.
Liberal Nationals members of the Privileges Committee will be seeking public hearings and publication of evidence.
If the Greens are genuine about transparency, they will support this approach which will allow the media and public to attend all hearings.
If the Greens refuse they will be helping Daniel Andrews in the cover-up of the full amount of Labor’s rort including all costs to the taxpayer of their legal actions.
